Du\u017eina kompozicije bila je 69 metara, a pokretala su je dva kamiona s ukupno 1200 konjskih snaga.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Dva kamiona<\/h3>\n<p>Za kretanje ovog prijevoznog sklopa zadu\u017eena su dva teretnjaka, od kojih je jedan vukao kompoziciju, a drugi ju je gurao na za\u010delju. Radilo se o specijalnim \u010detveroosovinskim teglja\u010dima prilago\u0111enim potrebama izvanrednog prijevoza. Prvi je bio MAN TGX sa sna\u017enim 15,2-litrenim rednim \u0161est cilindri\u010dnim motorom D38 snage 480 kilovata ili 640 konjskih snaga i prilago\u0111enim automatskim mjenja\u010dem i hidrauli\u010dnom spojkom koji omogu\u0107uje velika optere\u0107enja bez opasnosti od pregrijavanja ili kvara.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29746\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29746\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-711x400.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29746 size-medium\" title=\"spremstvo izredni prevozi policija slovenija cesta tovor dovoljenje\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"spremstvo izredni prevozi policija slovenija cesta tovor dovoljenje\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29746\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ceste kojima se odvijao prijevoz ve\u0107inu su vremena bile zatvorene za promet, no nekoliko su puta popustili i dopustili da ih kolona prestigne.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Zbog kratkog me\u0111uosovinskog razmaka, koji je nu\u017ean za postizanje \u0161to bolje sposobnosti manevriranja, kamion je opremljen tzv. kabinskim tornjem, gdje su ugra\u0111eni spremnici goriva, te hidrauli\u010dnim sustavom hla\u0111enja s velikim hladnjakom i dodatnim ventilatorom. Na za\u010delju kompozicije za guranje je bio zadu\u017een i \u010detveroosovinski Iveco Trakker s motorom Cursor 13 i 560 konjskih snaga. Kada je rije\u010d o prijevozu s dva ili vi\u0161e kamiona, komunikacija izme\u0111u voza\u010da i njihov koordiniran rad iznimno je va\u017ean jer u protivnom mo\u017ee do\u0107i do velikih o\u0161te\u0107enja vozila, pa \u010dak i opasnih situacija u samom prijevozu.<\/p>\n<h3>Posebna prikolica<\/h3>\n<p>Posebni tereti zahtijevaju ne samo prilago\u0111ene kamione, ve\u0107 i posebne prikolice. U ovom slu\u010daju osnova su bili modularni moduli proizvo\u0111a\u010da Goldhofer s hidrauli\u010dnim ovjesom osovina i osam kota\u010da u jednom redu osovina. Ovisno o te\u017eini tereta i potrebnoj manevarskoj sposobnosti, pojedini moduli se sklapaju u jednu cjelovitu cjelinu, a dvije takve cjeline predstavljaju podlogu na koju se postavlja tzv. greda mosta u koju se pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107uje teret. Pode\u0161avanje visine \u0161to je mogu\u0107e ni\u017ee va\u017eno je kako bi se osiguralo nisko te\u017ei\u0161te i povezana sigurnost.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ovakav dizajn, unato\u010d velikoj duljini, jo\u0161 uvijek omogu\u0107uje dobru manevarsku sposobnost, jer je teret dovoljno visoko iznad tla da mo\u017ee prije\u0107i preko rubnika ili prometnih otoka i zelenih povr\u0161ina na raskri\u017ejima, dok se samo prva i zadnja jedinica modula kre\u0107u du\u017e same ceste. Naravno, zahvaljuju\u0107i hidrauli\u010dnom ovjesu, po potrebi se mo\u017ee regulirati i udaljenost tereta od tla \u2013 pri vo\u017enji autocestom obi\u010dno se spu\u0161ta na najni\u017eu mogu\u0107u razinu, \u010dime se posti\u017ee nisko te\u017ei\u0161te. Pojedina\u010dne osi modula su naravno i prisilno kontrolirane, \u0161to reguliraju pratitelji ru\u010dnim daljinskim upravlja\u010dima.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29754\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29754\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-711x400.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29754 size-medium\" title=\"spremstvo special transport police permit slovenia\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"spremstvo special transport police permit slovenia\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29754\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Prijevoz su pratila \u010detiri vozila za pratnju organizatora i policajci s tri vozila na podru\u010dju Ljubljane i dva na cijeloj trasi.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Dva dana za dobrih sto kilometara<\/h3>\n<p>Izvanredni transporti odvijali su se od tvrtke Kolektor Etra u \u010crnu\u010dama do Luke Koper, a i ako je rije\u010d o transportnom pravcu dugom tek ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od stotinjak kilometara, transformator je do Kopra putovao dva dana, iznimka je jedino zadnji, \u010detvrti transport , koja je zbog vremenskog ograni\u010denja, uzrokovanog nedavnim poplavama, odnesena u jednom danu. Glavni razlog dvodnevnog prijevoznog programa bila je sigurnost &#8211; naime, \u017eelja prijevoznika bila je da tim voza\u010da i prate\u0107eg tehni\u010dkog osoblja bude \u0161to odmorniji, a samim time i fokusiran na posao. Prvog dana prijevoz se odvijao od \u010crnu\u010da do biv\u0161e naplatne postaje Kozina, gdje je kompozicija \u010dekala do sutradan, kada su se spustili do odredi\u0161ta u Luci Koper.<\/p>\n<h3>Zahtjevan po\u010detak i kraj<\/h3>\n<p>Obi\u010dno su po\u010deci i zavr\u0161eci ovakvih izvanrednih prijevoza najzahtjevniji, jer se odvijaju u industrijskim zonama ili gradovima gdje su ceste u\u017ee i ima vi\u0161e prepreka, a i to je naravno bio slu\u010daj. Za razliku od dosada\u0161nje prakse, ekipa prijevoznika odlu\u010dila je rutu od Etre preko \u0160landrove do Brn\u010di\u010deve voziti u suprotnom smjeru i tako u\u0161tedjela vrijeme za dva puta mijenjanje smjera kretanja kamiona. Na \u0160tajerskoj cesti uslijedila je prilagodba nivoa visini vo\u017enje za autocestu, a zatim po\u010detak lak\u0161eg dijela rute preko kru\u017enog toka Toma\u010devo i sjeverne ljubljanske obilaznice do kontrolne to\u010dke Log, gdje se kompozicija povukla s autoceste, propustili su kolonu vozila, a ekipa sudionika napravila je kra\u0107i odmor.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29758\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29758\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-711x400.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29758 size-medium\" title=\"ekipa project team organization comark sloveni port koper\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"ekipa project team organization comark sloveni port koper\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29758\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Za nesmetano odvijanje prijevoza pobrinuo se veliki tim prijevoznika i slovenskog organizatora prijevoza &#8211; tvrtke Comark.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nastavak trase bio je prili\u010dno ne zahtjevan, najvi\u0161e pa\u017enje bilo je usmjereno samo na premosne objekte, poput mostova i nadvo\u017enjaka, kako je utvr\u0111eno stati\u010dkom ocjenom objekata, \u0161to je obavezno za prijevoz ukupne te\u017eine ve\u0107e od 60 tona, da se na nekim objektima, zbog najmanje mogu\u0107e optere\u0107enosti, mo\u017ee prona\u0107i samo izvanredni prijevoz bez drugih prate\u0107ih vozila. To je i razlog za\u0161to na ve\u0107em dijelu prijevoznog puta nije bilo dopu\u0161teno pretjecanje drugih vozila. U stati\u010dkoj procjeni ne samo da se to odre\u0111uje, ve\u0107 se mo\u017ee odrediti gdje to\u010dno kompozicija mora voziti preko mosta (primjerice, sredinom ili po odre\u0111enoj traci) te odrediti najve\u0107a brzina vo\u017enje preko zgrada. Padala je ispod 10 km\/h na strmijim usponima, ali je i\u0161la do 45 km\/h na ravnim dijelovima.<\/p>\n<h3>Odredi\u0161te u Luci Koper<\/h3>\n<p>Drugi dan prijevoz je nastavljen kra\u0107om etapom, ali ne\u0161to zahtjevnijim dijelom koji je zapo\u010deo na izlazu Bertoki i nastavio se sve do Luke Koper. Izlaz 69-metarske kompozicije s autoceste zahtijevao je dosta koncentracije i preciznosti od voza\u010da jer je bilo vrlo tijesno. Put do glavnog ulaza u Luku Koper prolazi kru\u017enim tokovima koji su dovoljnih dimenzija da ih usporeni promet mo\u017ee bez problema savladati. Niti na samom ulazu u luku posao ekipe jo\u0161 nije zavr\u0161io jer ih je \u010dekalo jo\u0161 zadnjih nekoliko stotina metara kroz luku, do pristani\u0161ta, gdje su transformatore ukrcali na brod koji \u0107e ih prevesti u Vijetnam. \u010cak i u tih zadnjih nekoliko metara, prijevoz je pre\u0161ao jo\u0161 dva mosta i nekoliko uskih zavoja prije nego \u0161to je stigao na odredi\u0161te.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29762\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29762\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/port-of-koper-unloading-transformer-slovenia-coast-711x400.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29762 size-medium\" title=\"port of koper unloading transformer slovenia coast\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/port-of-koper-unloading-transformer-slovenia-coast-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"port of koper unloading transformer slovenia coast\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/port-of-koper-unloading-transformer-slovenia-coast-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/port-of-koper-unloading-transformer-slovenia-coast-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/port-of-koper-unloading-transformer-slovenia-coast.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29762\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">U Luci Kopar transformatori su ukrcani na brod koji ih je prevezao u Vijetnam.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Nekoliko mjeseci priprema<\/h3>\n<p>Tvrtka Comark ve\u0107 se vi\u0161e od trideset godina bavi organizacijom vanrednih prijevoza, no za takav prijevoz potrebna je vi\u0161emjese\u010dna priprema &#8211; ovoga puta na to su potro\u0161ili tri do \u010detiri mjeseca. Uz stati\u010dku ocjenu premosnih objekata koju rade stru\u010dnjaci gra\u0111evinske struke, potreban je i precizan prometni plan s detaljnim prometnim ure\u0111enjem, pribaviti odre\u0111ene suglasnosti, posebice od upravitelja cesta, dogovoriti povla\u010denje pojedinih prometnih znakova, provedba zatvaranja prometa i informiranje javnosti .
