Od juna do avgusta su obavljena \u010detiri prevoza transformatora, koji po svojih dimenzijama i masi spadaju me\u0111u najve\u0107e. Du\u017eina kompozicije je iznosila 69 metara, za prevoz su bila zadu\u017eena dva kamiona sa ukupno preko 1200 konjskih snaga.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Dva kamiona<\/h3>\n<p>Za prevoz ovih transporta su bila zadu\u017eena dva kamiona, od kojih je jedan vukao kompoziciju a drugi je gurao od pozadi. Kori\u0161\u0107eni su specijalni \u010detvoroosovinska kamiona posebno prilago\u0111ena za vanredne transporte. Prvi je bio MAN TGX sa mo\u0107nim 15,2 litarskim v6 motorom d38 sa 480 kw ili 640 ks i prilago\u0111enim menja\u010dem i hidrauli\u010dkim kva\u010dilom, koje mu omogu\u0107ava velika optere\u0107enja bez rizika od pregrevanja ili kvara.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29746\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29746\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-711x400.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29746 size-medium\" title=\"spremstvo izredni prevozi policija slovenija cesta tovor dovoljenje\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"spremstvo izredni prevozi policija slovenija cesta tovor dovoljenje\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29746\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Putevi po kojima se obavljao prevoz su bile najve\u0107i deo vremena zatvorene za saobra\u0107aj, a povremeno se kompozicija sklanjala sa puta da propusti kolonu koja se iza nje formirala.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Zarad kratkih me\u0111uosovinskih rastojanaj, koja su neophodna za \u0161to bolju upravljivost, kamion je opremljen takozvanim tornjem kabine, gde su ugra\u0111eni rezervoari za gorivo, i hidrauli\u010dni sistem hla\u0111enja sa velikim hladnjakom i dodatnim ventilatorom. Na zadnjem delu kompozicije, za guranje je bio odgovoran i \u010detvoroosovinski Iveco Trakker s motorm Cursor 13 i 560 ks. Kada je re\u010d o transportu dva ili vi\u0161e kamiona, veoma je bitna komunikacija izme\u0111u\u00a0 voza\u010da i njihovo uskla\u0111eno obavljanje transporta, jer u suprotnom mo\u017ee do\u0107i do velikih o\u0161te\u0107enja vozila, i uop\u0161teno nebezbednih situacija prilikom prevoza.<\/p>\n<h3>Specijalna prikolica<\/h3>\n<p>Posebni tereti zahtevaju ne samo prilago\u0111ene kamione, ve\u0107 i posebne prikolice. U ovom slu\u010daju su bili rastavljivi moduli proizvo\u0111a\u010da Goldhofer s hidrauli\u010dnim oslanjanjem osovine i osam to\u010dkova po jednoj osovini. U zavisnosti od te\u017eine tereta i potrebne manevarske sposobnosti, pojedina\u010dni moduli se sklapaju u jednu kompletnu celinu, a takve dve jedinice predstavljaju osnovu na koju se zatim postavlja tzv. mostni nosa\u010d na kojeg je pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107en teret. Smanjenje visine na najmanju mogu\u0107u visinu je bitno za obezbe\u0111ivanje niskog te\u017ei\u0161ta i time ve\u0107e bezbednosti.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ovakav dizajn, uprkos velikoj du\u017eini, i dalje omogu\u0107ava dobru upravljivost, jer je teret dovoljno daleko iznad zemlje da mo\u017ee da pre\u0111e preko ivi\u010dnjaka ili saobra\u0107ajnih ostrva i zelenih povr\u0161ina na raskrsnicama, dok se pomeraju samo prva i poslednja jedinica modula. Naravno, zahvaljuju\u0107i hidrauli\u010dnom ve\u0161anju, po potrebi se mo\u017ee regulisati i rastojanje tereta iznad zemlje \u2013 pri vo\u017enji autoputem obi\u010dno se spu\u0161ta na najni\u017ei mogu\u0107i nivo, \u010dime se posti\u017ee nisko te\u017ei\u0161te. Pojedina\u010dne ose modula su naravno tako\u0111e manuelno kontrolisane, \u0161to se reguli\u0161e od strane pratilaca sa ru\u010dnim daljinskim upravlja\u010dima.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29754\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29754\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-711x400.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29754 size-medium\" title=\"spremstvo special transport police permit slovenia\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"spremstvo special transport police permit slovenia\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29754\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Za pratnju prevoza su bila zadu\u017eena \u010detiri vozila organizatora prevoza, tri policijski vozila na teritoriji Ljubljane i dva na celoj trasi.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Dva dana za dobrih sto kilometara<\/h3>\n<p>Vanredni prevozi su vr\u0161eni od preduze\u0107a Kolektor Etra u \u010crnu\u010du do Luke Koper, a iako je re\u010d o transportnoj trasi dugoj svega ne\u0161to preko stotinu kilometara, trafo je do Kopra putovao dva dana, jedini izuzetak je bio poslednji, \u010detvrti transport, koji je zbog vremenskih ograni\u010denja, izazvanog nedavnim poplavama, preve\u017een u jednom danu. Glavni razlog dvodnevnog programa prevoza bila je bezbednost &#8211; naime, \u017eelja prevoznika je bila da ekipa voza\u010da i prate\u0107eg tehni\u010dkog osoblja budu \u0161to odmorniji i, samim tim, fokusirani na posao. Prvog dana prevoz je obavljen sa \u010crnu\u010da, do nekada\u0161nje naplatne stanice na Kozini, gde je kompozicija \u010dekala do slede\u0107eg dana, kada je prevoz dovr\u0161en do odredi\u0161ta u Luki Koper.<\/p>\n<h3>Zahtevni po\u010detak i kraj<\/h3>\n<p>Obi\u010dno su po\u010deci i zavr\u0161eci ovakvih vanrednih prevoza najzahtevniji, jer se odvijaju u industrijskim zonama ili gradovima gde su putevi u\u017ei i ima vi\u0161e prepreka, \u0161to je i ovom prilikom bio slu\u010daj. Za razliku od dosada\u0161nje prakse, transportni tim je odlu\u010dio da od Etre preko \u0160landrove do Brn\u010di\u010deve krene u rikverc i tako u\u0161tedi vreme za dva puta menjanje pravca kamiona. Na \u0160tajerskoj cesti izvr\u0161eno je prilago\u0111avanje visini za vo\u017enju na autoputu, a potom i po\u010detak lak\u0161eg dela trase preko kru\u017enog toka Toma\u010devo i severne ljubljanske obilaznice do kontrolnog punkta Log, gde se kompozicija povukla sa autoputa, pustiv\u0161i kolonu vozila da pro\u0111e, a ekipa voza\u010da i pratilaca je napravila kra\u0107i odmor.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29758\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29758\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-711x400.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29758 size-medium\" title=\"ekipa project team organization comark sloveni port koper\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"ekipa project team organization comark sloveni port koper\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29758\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Za odvijanje prevoza je bila zadu\u017eena mnogobrojna ekipa prevoznika i slovena\u010dkog organizatora prevoza \u2013 preduze\u0107a Comark.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nastavak trase je bio prili\u010dno nezahtevan, najvi\u0161e pa\u017enje bilo je usmereno samo na mostove i nadvo\u017enjake, kako je utvr\u0111eno u stati\u010dkoj proceni objekata, koja je obavezna za transport ukupne te\u017eine preko 60 tona, da pojedini objekti, zbog manjeg mogu\u0107eg optere\u0107enja, mogu da prihvate samo vozila za vanredni prevoz bez drugih vozila istovremeno. To je i razlog za\u0161to na ve\u0107em delu transportne rute nije bilo dozvoljeno preticanje drugih vozila. U stati\u010dkoj proceni ne samo da se to utvr\u0111uje, ve\u0107 mo\u017ee da diktira ta\u010dno gde kompozicija mora da vozi preko mosta (na primer, po sredini ili du\u017e odre\u0111ene trake) i odredi maksimalnu brzinu vo\u017enje preko objekta. Brzina je bila ispod 10 km\/h na strmijim usponima, ali je na ravnim deonicama dostizala i 45 km\/h.<\/p>\n<h3>Cilj u Luci Koper<\/h3>\n<p>Drugog dana transport je nastavljen na kra\u0107oj ali zahtevnijoj relaciji, koja je po\u010dela na isklju\u010denju Bertoka i nastavljena sve do Luke Koper. Isklju\u010denje kompozicije od 69 metara sa autoputa zahtevalo je veliku koncentraciju i precizan rad od voza\u010da, po\u0161to je bio veoma tesno. Put do glavnog ulaza u Luku Koper prolazi kru\u017enim tokovima, koji su dovoljnih dimenzija da ih spori saobra\u0107aj mo\u017ee bez problema savladati. Pored stati\u010dke procene mostovskih objekata, koju rade stru\u010dnjaci iz oblasti gra\u0111evinarstva, potreban je i precizan transportni plan sa detaljnim ure\u0111enjem saobra\u0107aja, moraju se pribaviti odre\u0111ene dozvole, posebno od upravlja\u010da puteva, moraju se napraviti ugovori za povla\u010denje nekih saobra\u0107ajnih znakova, sprovo\u0111enje obustave saobra\u0107aja i informisanje javnosti .
