Dol\u017eina kompozicije je zna\u0161ala 69 metrov, za premikanje pa sta skrbela dva tovornjaka s skupno 1.200 konjskimi mo\u010dmi.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Dva tovornjaka<\/h3>\n<p>Za premikanje tokratnega prevoza sta skrbela dva tovornjaka, od katerih je eden kompozicijo vlekel, drugi pa potiskal na zadnjem delu. \u0160lo je za specialna \u0161tiriosna vla\u010dilca, prilagojena potrebam izrednih prevozov. Prvi je bil MAN TGX z zmogljivim 15,2-litrskim vrstnim \u0161estvaljnim motorjem D38 s 480 kilovati oziroma 640 konjskimi mo\u010dmi ter prilagojenim prenosom s samodejnim menjalnikom ter hidravli\u010dno sklopko, ki omogo\u010da velike obremenitve brez nevarnosti, da bi pri\u0161lo do pregrevanja ali okvare.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29746\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29746\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29746 size-medium\" title=\"spremstvo izredni prevozi policija slovenija cesta tovor dovoljenje\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"spremstvo izredni prevozi policija slovenija cesta tovor dovoljenje\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-izredni-prevozi-policija-slovenija-cesta-tovor-dovoljenje.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29746\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ceste po katerih je potekal prevoz so bile ve\u010dino \u010dasa zaprte za promet, nekajkrat pa so se umaknili in omogo\u010dili koloni da jih prehiti.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Zaradi kratkih medosnih razmakov, ki so nujni za doseganje \u010dim bolj\u0161e manevrirnosti, je tovornjak opremljen s tako imenovanim stolpom za kabino, kjer so name\u0161\u010deni rezervoarji za gorivo, ter hladilni sistem hidravlike z velikim hladilnikom ter dodatnim ventilatorjem. Na zadnjem delu kompozicije je za potisk skrbel prav tako \u0161tiriosni Iveco Trakker z motorjem Cursor 13 in 560 konjskimi mo\u010dmi. Kadar gre za prevoz, kjer sodelujeta dva ali ve\u010d tovornjakov, je izredno pomembna komunikacija med vozniki ter njihovo usklajeno delo, saj lahko v nasprotnem primeru pride do velikih \u0161kod na vozilih, ali celo nevarnih situacij s samim prevozom.<\/p>\n<h3>Specialna prikolica<\/h3>\n<p>Posebni tovori zahtevajo ne le prilagojene tovornjake, temve\u010d tudi specialne prikolice. V tokratnem primeru so osnovo predstavljali sestavljivi moduli proizvajalca Goldhofer s hidravli\u010dnim vzmetenjem osi ter s po osmimi kolesi v eni osni liniji. Posamezni moduli se, glede na maso tovora in potrebne manevrirne sposobnosti, sestavljajo skupaj v eno zaklju\u010deno enoto, dve tak\u0161ni enoti pa predstavljata bazo, na katero je nato postavljen tako imenovani mostni nosilec, v katerega je vpet tovor. Uravnavanje vi\u0161ine na \u010dim ni\u017ejo mo\u017eno je pomembno za zagotavljanje nizkega te\u017ei\u0161\u010da in s tem povezane varnosti.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tovrstna zasnova, kljub veliki dol\u017eini, omogo\u010da \u0161e vedno dobre manevrirne sposobnosti, saj je tovor dovolj oddaljen nad tlemi, da gre v kri\u017ei\u0161\u010dih lahko preko robnikov ali prometnih otokov ter zelenic, medtem ko se po sami cesti gibljeta le prva in zadnja enota modulov. Seveda paje mogo\u010de oddaljenost tovora nad tlemi, zaradi hidravli\u010dnega vzmetenja, po potrebi tudi uravnavati \u2013 pri avtocestni vo\u017enji se ta obi\u010dajno spusti na \u010dim ni\u017eji mo\u017een nivo, s \u010dimer se dose\u017ee nizko te\u017ei\u0161\u010de. Posamezne osi modulov so seveda tudi prisilno krmiljene, kar uravnavajo spremljevalci z ro\u010dnimi daljinskimi krmilniki.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29754\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29754\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29754 size-medium\" title=\"spremstvo special transport police permit slovenia\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"spremstvo special transport police permit slovenia\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/spremstvo-special-transport-police-permit-slovenia.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29754\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Za spremstvo prevoza so skrbela \u0161tiri spremljevalna vozila organizatorja ter policisti s tremi vozili na obmo\u010dju Ljubljane in dvemi na celoti relaciji.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Dva dni za dobrih sto kilometrov<\/h3>\n<p>Izredni prevozi so potekali iz podjetja Kolektor Etra v \u010crnu\u010dah do Luke Koper, in \u010deprav gre za prevozno pot dolgo le dobrih sto kilometrov, je transformator do Kopra potoval dva dni, izjema je bil le zadnji \u010detrti prevoz, ki so ga zaradi \u010dasovne stiske, ki so jo povzro\u010dile nedavne poplave, odpeljali v enem dnevu. Glavni razlog za dvodnevni program prevoza je bila varnost \u2013 \u017eelja prevoznika je bila namre\u010d, da je ekipa voznikov in spremljevalnega tehni\u010dnega osebja \u010dim bolj spo\u010dita in posledi\u010dno zbrana pri svojem delu. Prvi dan je tako prevoz potekal od \u010crnu\u010d donekdanje cestninske postaje na Kozini, kjer je kompozicija po\u010dakala na naslednji dan, ko so se spustili do cilja v Luki Koper.<\/p>\n<h3>Zahtevna za\u010detek in konec<\/h3>\n<p>Obi\u010dajno so za\u010detki in zaklju\u010dki tovrstnih izrednih prevozov najbolj zahtevni, saj se odvijajo v industrijskih obmo\u010djih ali mestih, kjer so ceste o\u017eje, ve\u010d pa je tudi ovir, in tudi tokrat je bilo seveda tako. Za razliko od dosedanje prakse se je ekipa prevoznika odlo\u010dila, da bodo pot od Etre po \u0160landrovi do Brn\u010di\u010deve odpeljali kar vzvratno, s \u010dimer so si prihranili \u010das za dvakratno menjavo smeri vo\u017enje tovornjakov. Na \u0160tajerski cesti je sledilo uravnavanje nivoja na vozno vi\u0161ino za avtocesto, nato pa za\u010detek la\u017ejega dela poti preko rondoja Toma\u010devo in severne ljubljanske obvoznice do kontrolne to\u010dke Log, kjer se je kompozicija umaknila z avtoceste, spustila kolono vozil mimo, ekipa sodelujo\u010dih pa je napravila kraj\u0161i po\u010ditek.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29758\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29758\" style=\"width: 711px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29758 size-medium\" title=\"ekipa project team organization comark sloveni port koper\" src=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"ekipa project team organization comark sloveni port koper\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comark-logistics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/ekipa-project-team-organization-comark-sloveni-port-koper.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29758\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Za teko\u010d potek prevoza je skrbela \u0161tevil\u010dna ekipa prevoznika in slovenskega organizatorja prevoza &#8211; podjetja Comark.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nadaljevanje poti je bilo dokaj nezahtevno, ve\u010dina pozornosti je bila usmerjena le \u0161e na premostitvene objekte, kot so mostovi in nadvozi, saj je bilo v stati\u010dni presoji objektov, ki je pri prevozih skupne mase nad 60 ton obvezna, dolo\u010deno, da se na nekaterih objektih, zaradi \u010dim manj\u0161e obremenitve, lahko nahaja le izredni prevoz brez drugih spremljevalnih vozil. To je tudi razlog, zakaj na ve\u010dini prevozne poti, prehitevanje drugih vozil ni bilo dovoljeno. V stati\u010dni presoji pa ni dolo\u010deno le to, temve\u010d ta lahko zapoveduje tudi to\u010dno, kje se mora kompozicija peljati preko mostu (na primer po sredini, ali po dolo\u010denem voznem pasu) ter dolo\u010da najve\u010djo hitrost vo\u017enje preko objektov. Ta je sicer na strmej\u0161ih vzponih padla pod 10 km\/h, na ravninskih odsekih pa se je povzpela vse do 45 km\/h.<\/p>\n<h3>Cilj v Luki Koper<\/h3>\n<p>Drugi dan se je transport nadaljeval s kraj\u0161o etapo, a z nekoliko bolj zahtevnim delom, ki seje za\u010del na izvozu Bertoki ter nadaljeval vse do Luke Koper. Izvoz 69-metrske kompozicije z avtoceste je od voznikov zahteval veliko zbranosti in natan\u010dno delo, saj je \u0161lo zelo na tesno. Pot do glavnega vhoda v Luko Koper poteka preko rondojev, ki pa so zadostnih dimenzij, da jih prevoz, s po\u010dasno vo\u017enjo, lahko premaga brez te\u017eav. Tudi na vhodu v luko pa se delo ekipe \u0161e ni kon\u010dalo, saj jih je \u010dakalo \u0161e nekaj sto zadnjih metrov skozi luko, do pomola, kjer so se transformatorjinatovorili na ladjo, ki jih bo prepeljala v Vietnam. Poleg stati\u010dne presoje premostitvenih objektov, ki jo izdelajo strokovnjaki s podro\u010dja gradbeni\u0161tva, je nato potreben \u0161e natan\u010den prevozni na\u010drt z elaboratom prometne ureditve, pridobiti je treba nekatera soglasja, predvsem upravljavcev cest, se dogovoriti za umike nekaterih prometnih znakov, izvajanje zapor prometa ter obve\u0161\u010danje javnosti.
